Multifamily building, with four floors + basement for parking, consisting of 8 housing units.
On the ground floor we have the entrance area of the building and two T2, on the 1st floor we have two T2, on the 2nd floor one T2 and one T3 and on the 3rd floor another T2 and one T3.
All apartments have balconies, mainly on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor where they are very generous and allow the owners to enjoy the outdoor space with views of the countryside and the sea.
On the roof we created a leisure/living area, common to all owners, with a swimming pool and outdoor space and a toilet overlooking the sea/countryside.
The circulation area between the various floors is on the side of the building and common to all apartments, garage and penthouse.

Fractions A and C are of type T2 with the Northwest – Southwest orientation, in which we place the entrance to the social area (living room and kitchen) followed by the bedrooms and sanitary installation.
Fractions B and D are of type T2 with the Northwest – Northeast orientation, in which we place the entrance to the social area (living room and kitchen) followed by the bedrooms and sanitary installation.
Fractions E and G are of type T3 with the Northwest – Southwest orientation, in which we place the entrance to the social area (living room and kitchen) followed by the bedrooms and sanitary facilities.
Fractions F and H are of type T2 with the orientation only to the Northeast, in which we place the entrance to the social area (living room and kitchen) followed by the bedrooms and sanitary installation.
In all fractions, the kitchen and living room have an "open space" concept, which allows a greater fluidity between the spaces.
Each fraction corresponds to a parking space in the basement of the building, and direct access to the roof.
